Tasting Notes: "The NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé based on Bouzy Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in equal parts and gets its pale salmon color from 8% Pinot Noir red wine. Macerated for two days and pressed very gently, this has a light, very delicate and gentle character with lots of elegance. Disgorged in September 2017, this is a pure, fresh and refined aperitif rosé with a lovely fruitiness and delicious sweetness (dosage: seven grams per liter)."- Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate
