“2014 (Gaillard) Cornas has a classic, old-school feel”- Jeb Dunnuck

Pierre Gaillard Cornas 2014 (sourced from 1 ha parcel of 70+ year-old vines) – “The 2014s were all tasted out of bottle. One of my favorite wines from Gaillard is his Cornas, and his 2014 Cornas has a classic, old-school feel (despite aging in 50% new barrels) in its spicy, herbal, cedar and leather-laced bouquet. Medium-bodied, with solid sweetness of fruit and a good mid-palate, it should be drunk over the coming 7-8 years.”- Jeb Dunnuck, Wine Advocate
