“Testut’s 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre is showing beautifully, wafting from the glass with a classy bouquet of ripe lemons, orange oil, green pear, crisp green apple, oyster shell and smoke. Medium to full-bodied, deep and satiny, it’s a layered, textural wine with fine concentration, a racy spine of acidity and a long, saline finish. It was bottled under Diam.
