“This is really quite good (Chablis)”- Burghound

Domaine Testut Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons 2018 –
91 pts. – Burghound
“(from 70+ year old vines in Beugnons). Here too there is a hint of quinine to the more classically styled nose of white pepper, floral, citrus and iodine-suffused aromas. The rich and nicely refined medium weight flavors exude a fine bead of minerality as well as good salinity on the very dry and sneaky long finish. This is really quite good and a wine that should reward mid-term cellaring. Drink 2024+.”- Allen Meadows, Burghound
