Tasting Notes

Château Gaillot Fournier is a classically styled Bordeaux that’s meant as a go-to. A generous blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec bring that Bordeaux complexity and depth of flavor to your glass. The result is a mouthwatering delicious Bordeaux that you don’t have to wait decades to drink.

It’s 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Malbec. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and wood barrels that coax the best balance of flavors and tannins.

  • 91 points - James Suckling: "An array of bright red fruits and subtly leafy, woody notes dominate the nose. The palate has a bright core of red cherries and raspberries. Smooth tannins and good balance. Drink or hold."-
