Tasting Notes
A wonderful, velvety Bordeaux that has a pretty young garnet color. The nose is distinctive and alluring, with ripe forest fruit aromas backed by floral notes and spices. Attractive pure black cherry and plum flavors on the palate boasting delicious freshness and fruit balance. Soft, supple, smooth tannins, with a long finish.
Vinification
Gilles uses traditional wine-making methods in cement vats. Aging takes place in stainless steel and cement.
