Tasting Notes

This Chenin Blanc is charmant. It’s supple and springy with dashes of pears, grapefruits, and lemons. The unusual complexity of this pleasing citrus medley is further enhanced by the acidity that makes this wine crisp and refreshing. Perfect for serving with a fish filet in clarified butter, with scallops, or even trout.

Vinification

The Lavigne's practice traditional methods using: reasoned agriculture, manual harvesting, and sorting. Destemming of the grapes before pressing and fermentation. This wine is completely unoaked.
