Gilles Gremen is a fourth-generation owner of Chateau Tour de Biot on the right-bank in the commune of La Roquille. When he took over in 1987, he set about to increase the quality of his wine. He broke from the local co-operative and started bottling under the chateau label. His wine is distinctive for its velvety texture.

Positioned on the rolling, sun-exposed plateaus of the Right Bank, the estate profits from maritime airflow off the Dordogne River. Certified Organic.
Traditional Bordeaux vinification. Destemmed and fermented in tank. Aged in barrel.
Powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. Dark fruit with depth and complexity.
