The vineyards feature a complex geological mosaic of five main soil types, allowing different grape varieties to uniquely express their terroir. Guided by the concept of treating the estate like a "Jardin de Vignes" (Garden of Vines), he avoids pesticides to protect vineyard biology, and all grapes are harvested by hand.

Intense citrus, lemon, pink grapefruit, and gooseberry. Exceptionally fresh with floral honey, lemon balm, and a mineral finish.
