This unique terroir features a thin layer of calcareous clay resting on a hard bedrock of asteria limestone. A very early adopter of ecological balance, operating under strict sustainable and environmentally conscious rules since 1983.
VINIFICATION
Three processes blended: Traditional, Pellicular (10-hour skin maceration), and Barrel-fermented (new oak). 12,000 bottles/year.
TASTING NOTES
Yellow-green tints. Citrus and white flowers. Pleasant and well-balanced with good complexity from the blended vinification.
