The estate spans 9 hectares (~22 acres) of meticulously managed, sustainably farmed vines. Vines are pruned short to keep grape yields low and flavors concentrated.
Traditional Burgundian vinification. Aged in French oak barrels.
Red and dark cherry with earthy notes. Medium to full-bodied with good structure.
