➔ ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Hervé Dubois champagne is located in the heart of this exceptional terroir, in Avize, one of the 5 villages classified as Grand Cru in the region. This family house grows Chardonnay, inseparable from this chalky terroir, but also Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
➔ CURRENT WINES
A blend of grapes from Avize, Oger and Cramant vineyards classified Grand Cru. All three villages sit on a thick, hyper-pure layer of prehistoric calcareous chalk. This acts as a sponge, retaining optimal water and imparting an intense, razor-sharp flinty minerality to their 100% Chardonnay vines.
Vinified without malo-lactic fermentation. A light filtration is carried out before bottling. 6 G/L
Fresh citrus flavors bring a beautiful vivacity and white floral touches.
