North-facing Chateauneuf-du-Pape slopes with a high proportion of sand and pebbles, whose cooler exposure ripens slowly (harvested ~2 weeks later than most).
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Aged in a mix of tank and barrel.
White flowers, citrus, and stone fruit with a touch of honey. Round and textured with a fresh, mineral finish.
