The estate spans 9 hectares (~22 acres) of meticulously managed, sustainably farmed vines. Vines are pruned short to keep grape yields low and flavors concentrated.
Traditional Burgundian vinification. Aged in French oak barrels.
Dark cherry, earth, and spice. Full-bodied with firm tannins and excellent aging potential.
