ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Champagne Petitjean-Pienne is a family-owned grower Champagne house based in Cramant, specializing in high-quality Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from the Côte des Blancs. Led by Marie Petitjean (6th generation) and her father Denis, the house focuses on creamy, elegant Chardonnay, with 5 hectares of vines and a focus on tradition combined with modern production methods.

Traditional method. Blend of 3 vintage years. 3 years aging on lees.

TASTING NOTES

Chalky notes opening to white flowers, baked apples, and fresh almonds. Great finesse with citrus, rhubarb, and honeyed finish.
