A cheerful straw yellow color with green tints. It is a fresh wine with lemon-lime citrus flavors with fennel. A mouthful of flavor, it has a refreshing finish. Pair with fish, shellfish, and pastas.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at night. The wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. It undergoes batonnage for 3 months. A mineral filtration is used in order to make the wine Vegan friendly.
