ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Artisans Vignerons de Naoussa is a collective of dedicated winegrowers committed to cultivating the Xinomavro grape in the historic, hillside vineyards of the Naoussa region in Northern Greece. Formed with the purpose of promoting sustainable viticulture, the group focuses on responsible farming practices that highlight the natural character and quality of the local terroir.


The philosophy of the partnership centers on sourcing only premium grapes and applying minimal-intervention winemaking techniques to ensure that every wine reflects purity, authenticity, and a strong sense of place. This approach consistently delivers high-quality wines that showcase the depth, structure, and elegance of Xinomavro.

VINIFICATION

Indigenous yeast fermentation. Minimal intervention winemaking.

TASTING NOTES

Complex aromas of red cherry, dried herbs, tomato leaf, and spice. Medium to full-bodied with firm tannins, bright acidity, and a long, savory finish.

TASTING NOTES

Full-bodied with a unique, textured, and slightly oily mouthfeel. Because it is a skin-contact wine aged in porous clay, it balances vibrant acidity with light, grippy tannins and a savory, long-lasting finish

Elegant and energetic. The porous clay amphora allows for gentle micro-oxygenation, giving the wine a smooth, rounded volume without imparting wood flavors. It features a chiseled, vibrant acidity and a long, crisp, exceptionally clean finish.
