ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Champagne Michel Arnould & Fils is a prestigious “Récoltant-Manipulant” (grower-producer) estate based in the Grand Cru village of Verzenay on the north side of the Montagne de Reims. The house is celebrated for its powerful, structured, Pinot Noir-dominant champagnes that express the unique, cool-climate minerality of their northern-facing vineyards.

VINIFICATION

90% stainless steel vats, 10% oak barrels, malolactic fermentation: done on aged for a minimum of 24 months on fine lees. 3.5 G/L

TASTING NOTES

Displays a delightfully deep cerise hue with an aromatic nose of fresh raspberry, strawberry, and rose-hip, transitioning into an elegant, full-flavored palate that balances dense red citrus and candied cherry notes against a fine mousse, dazzling acidity, and a long, savory, and chalky finish.
